Responsible entity

Principle
We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act. We only collect the data that is actually required for the respective purpose.
Accessing this website
When you open a page, your browser transmits technical data that our hosting provider stores in server logs. This essentially includes:
- truncated IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- requested address and amount of data transferred
- browser type, operating system and referring page
This processing is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest and are not merged with other data.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4 to 6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. The data is processed on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, email address and, optionally, company, telephone number and your message. We use this data exclusively to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry is aimed at a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in responding to enquiries. The details are deleted as soon as the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
To protect against automated submissions, the form contains a field that is invisible to you as well as a time check. No additional personal data is collected in the process.
So that no enquiry is lost, every enquiry is stored in the protected administration area of this website in addition to being delivered by email. Only we and our web service provider have access. This copy is deleted automatically after 70 days.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for analysis or advertising purposes. Technically necessary cookies may be set when the site is accessed, for example to support the language selection or WordPress security functions. These cookies serve solely to operate the website.
We manage your choice in the cookie notice with the Borlabs Cookie plugin (Borlabs GmbH, Hamburg), which runs on our own server. It stores your decision in a technically necessary cookie and records it with a random identifier so that we can demonstrate your consent. No data is transferred to Borlabs. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 7(1) GDPR (proof of consent).
No analytics or advertising services
We do not use web analytics, do not embed advertising networks and do not transmit data to social networks. The link to our LinkedIn profile is a simple link; no content is loaded from LinkedIn.
Fonts and external content
Fonts and all other design files are delivered from our own server. There is no connection to external font services.
Disclosure of data
Your data is only passed on if this is necessary to handle your enquiry, if you have consented or if there is a legal obligation. Service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our hosting provider, are contractually bound in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- access to the data processed about you (Article 15)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16)
- erasure (Article 17)
- restriction of processing (Article 18)
- data portability (Article 20)
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21)
An informal message to us is sufficient to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

This website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form (HTTPS). We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
